We want you to shop with confidence at Clarity Club. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Contact us at support@clarityclubbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

  • Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility.


Money Back Guarantee — First Order Promise
We know trying something new can feel like a risk, so here’s our promise: if it’s your first order with Clarity Club and one of your sets isn’t for you, you can return one opened set as long as the nails are unused.

How it works:

  • Applies to your first order only.

  • Covers one opened but unused set.

  • Any other sets in the same order must stay unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Timeframe:

  • Just reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns received after 14 days won’t be accepted.

How to claim:

  • Email us at support@clarityclubbeauty.com.

  • Share your order number, the set you’re returning, and the reason.

Refund details:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once we’ve received your return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at your expense.

  • All returns are sent back to our New Zealand address.


Final Sale & Markdown Policy
Sale items (final marked-down products) and items purchased with discount codes are non-refundable. If you return a sale purchase, we’ll issue a store credit instead of a refund.


Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can make it right.


Exchanges

Gift Cards
Gift cards and purchases made with gift cards are non-refundable.
